I don't wish ill of him, I'm sure he's a very nice chap based on what Eddie and others have said. But he is seriously out of his depth in the Prem.

If he makes our 25 man squad on 1st September, then something is seriously wrong.

By the way, Pardew isn't our manager any more, there have been a few changes.
