Stupid is the word. We should’ve been after someone like Tielemans, let Bruno okay RCM with more freedoms.

Each day I get more irritated and concerned by what is a deeply underwhelming transfer window.

The Gazette suggesting we are really only looking for U21's who are first team ready currently. Not sure I believe that but with ramos and Pedro being linked that could well be the case but more likely Gazette adding 2 + 2 and coming up with 7

That's his natural position man. He's a deep lying playmaker. Hence why I was so confident in my bet with Chaos about Shelvey that he fluked out of <laugh>

Is everyone finally coming down after a massive weekend or something? Tuesday blues? All become tactical geniuses overnight too?

We're 4th in the league for the entire of 2022. There are still 2 weeks left to make signings. We will make singings. We need some, and I'm sure we'll make some.

**** me, what will you lot be like when something actually goes wrong...

    'Preparing bids' that take ages

    'Making low ball offers'

I said last week and It's looking likely this will drag on right until to the deadline day.

Bunch of lightweights, masquerading as a team that know what they're doing are our backroom staff...

They've got budgets to work to. We've sold nobody worth a ****. We've got loads of people on bigger wages that they're worth.

If it drags till deadline day and we've not gotten in another couple that are pushing for starting berths, I'll be disappointed. Till then, I'll be unconcerned and trust the team to do the right thing. There's a plan, there are limitations. Remember when a team that tried and a club with some ambition was what we wanted?

I'll rank my excitement for these out of 10 - any of them would be good:

Gallagher 7.5 (could be great, had a very good season last year but it's not a position i was looking to strengthen and he may end up bang average)

C H-O 7 (was highly regarded, Chelsea did their usual of hanging on to him for too long and it's hard to gauge how good he is. The next Salah or the next Kenedy?)

Pulisic 9 (Love this kid, has always looked very good whenever I've seen him play and my view is that he's suffered from other managers wanting to bring their own people in - why did Chelsea even buy Ziyech? I'd be very happy if we got him, exactly what we need in my opinion)

Broja 7 (Meh. I'm probably wrong as everyone seems to want him but i don't get the hype. Honestly thought Cornet looked better and the stats back it up but we do need a striker)

Now if we could sign Pulisic & Gallagher, plus get Broja and Hudson-Odoi on season loans, then I'd be very happy.

    Would completely change our options.

    I'd agree with those ratings.:emoticon-0148-yes:

Gallagher looked good to me, always seemed to make a difference when he played. Would be interesring to see if he can push on in his development with a run of games for us. As you say, it's Hudson-Odoi has gone wrong by staying there with limited options to play. But he might come good again if given the chance.

In what way, what am I missing?
I mean, we can sell players as well.

As in you are only allowed to loan one player from another premier league club. We can't loan 2 from Chelsea.

Ah right, I knew there were limits on total number of loans, but didn't know the loanee per club limit was just 1.

If or who we get from Chelsea is only dependant on one thing
    Who they sign
    Nothing else

Bored now. Thought we’d have at least one more by now, feel like we’re been a bit too picky with everything.

I'd take Ziyech like, other players (some of whom we're being mentioned in the same breath as) are getting game time ahead of him.
