Here's how we'll line up this season according to Talkshite <laugh>

I would take it like but would mean us spending upwards of 75m which I can’t see happening.

The kid from Villa is an interesting one mind but there are big clubs after him.

Even if we could get Zapata and Harrison but I think he’s staying at Leeds so it could just be Zapata.

Interesting that Broja still has not been decided yet.

Zapata would be good, as for the kid from Villa yes for future but we have Willock and hopefully Anderson so not a priority

Reactions: Geordie Ginola
When the takeover went through I thought I'd enjoy the endless links to players, but I've got bored of it already.

I've given up trying to decipher which links have any substance and I think it's become clear there's nothing coming in that's going to be overly exciting at this stage in the project.

A couple more boring middle of the road safe bets and maybe a diamond in the rough if we're lucky

It's all about Augusts fixtures now anyway.

I have not got bored. I much prefer this than absolutely nothing and then Hendrick at the end of it.

Besides it’s a funny year this time around because the window is extended, quite why I don’t know.

So the big clubs can buy more players without actually handing over a penny, all installments then a couple of years down the line buy some one else and offset the debt in that sale....

Because he wouldn't want to come and Newcastle can't afford or do they don't want that kind of player.

It's going to take a hell of a long time for this ship to turn around.
Just thought I would have a look at City’s transfers lost takeover and wow there is some garbage purchased aswell.

They also did it when FFP didn’t exist.

So yes it’s going to take many years to get anywhere close.

We need more commercial activity. We need additional income. That’s how we will grow and get better players.
I can only count one new sponsorship deal here.
