I've always said that everyone deserves a clean slate to prove what they can do. However, automatically assuming Nickson is **** is as wrong as automatically assuming he's mint. Time will tell. I have a feeling he will be the same as most other people in any industry, he will have things that are strengths and things that are weaknesses. His strength may be spotting players or it may be negotiating or having initial contact with agents. At the same time he is likely to have weaknesses. These weaknesses could be judging a players potential rather than what his current ability is. Let's just be balanced on both sides for a time.

I feel this argument over Nickson is simply an irrelevant side show of Chaos disagreeing with anyone who formed their own opinion based on what they have seen of Ekitike so far.

The point was the coaching bird brain.

You don't know what would've been If nufc was funded better in every area.

This is the time to judge because now they're not up against the tide in every area

I’ve been arguing both for and against Nickson signings and I think he had had as much success as failure.

But by having more money available then it makes life a lot easier but you can’t therefore compare.

It’s a bit like comparing Man City pre and post takeover.

Scouts have so much data available to them now.

But I still maintain that Nickson didn’t unearth any bargains that I can recall other than Perez.

And we have some expensive flops.

No it's been a long running thing and I never said he was mint.

What's happened is people made short sided claims and I told them they were wrong to do that.

It's now becoming clear I was right, so they've started finding excuses and trying to brainwash the board that I made a different argument altogether
