I guess ideally if playing 3 cm's you want two of each type...two holding..two box to box..two attacking.

Joelinton and Longstaff will be the box to box.

Bruno and Shelvey holding

Willock and a new attacking cm?

Unless we want Bruno to be box to box rather than holding.

This is why we will hopefully sign a decent cm.. Both aren't going to cut the mustard.. They've had their chance.. Longstaff with two good players beside him deserves a chance maybe.

He did when Howe came in..and under Rafa he was good with Diame..no surprise players do better under good managers.
