Will that be enough to guarantee promotion back up to the the Prem though CC?![]()
He is a lot better than Joelinton. Natural midfielder comfortable on the ball, very mobile and with an eye for a pass. Would love to see him back at the club. He's not better than Bruno and he's not better than Joelinton in the role he plays either. Yes he's better than Shelvey but Voldermort has cast some spell on every manager that walks in the door and has them play him.

I thought that we could spend hundreds of millions before FFP would kick in, thanks to the round one's frugal ways.As long as it is net of 50m plus then that’s good for me.
FFP will be the issue and we need them commercial deals to start landing.

We can spend but the money has to be there. PIF will want slow steady progress I would imagine and we are under the microscope.I thought that we could spend hundreds of millions before FFP would kick in, thanks to the round one's frugal ways.
Have season tickets gone up or any new commercial deals been announced yet?

I think the covid impact will destroy the 21 accounts. So FFP will impact a lot of premier league clubs. That's a very interesting point on FFP. The last thing we want is to be in Everton's position after wasting a load of money on over priced players who aren't good enough.
If we can add a few players of trippier and Bruno's quality + your Ward Prowse & Conor Coady's of this world I will be more than happy with our business this summer.
There will be a lot of players available for peanuts next season. The issue is massive salaries. It's what you get with money you spend.... Newcastle can feed off the clubs they're currently competing with.. All they have to do is behave like cancer does with cells.
See Burnley for details
I wonder if the delay is deliberate? We can spend but the money has to be there. PIF will want slow steady progress I would imagine and we are under the microscope.
I’ve not seen any new deals yet but we defiantly will have a new shirt sponsor next season. Be interesting who it is? The PL want to sign off on the commerciality of them.

I have a sneaky suspicion that we may get a double announcement. There are little rumours that Castore are about to be booted into touch in addition to a new shirt sponsor.
I think for a number of reasons we're not going to be putting huge bids to get the best of the best.We can spend but the money has to be there. PIF will want slow steady progress I would imagine and we are under the microscope.

Nowt wrong with castore mind. It's the sponsor that kills the shirt.... The blue 3rd kit is really nice and the way strip I quite like. The home shirt isn't great though.... Better than puma by miles
Apart from shirts being delivered around the world without club badges, 2 identical shirts bought in the same size being totally different sizes, no customer service, no response to their customer service phone numbers, online enquiries and the club shop unable to deal with on-line purchases.
When you add together the customer service team disappearing in recent months, the whole new range of **** they brought out mid season and the huge discounts they keep throwing out - suggests their time is up and they know it.
I think this too.I'll take an avy bet that it's still castore next season?
