This is text book mental gymnastics mate, but even in any case the best actual evidence available are those words.

Everything said and done since by the club and manager fall in line with those comments.

I would ask again.. Why are people not just delighted with 80 million plus player sales? I honestly think that's more than enough at this stage.

I'm just looking at both sides of the coin mate, Yeah of course I want more, who wouldn't. However to balance the argument the other way, it's worth noting that in theory for every £10m invested PIF pay £8m Jamie Rueben pays £1m and PCP pay £1m. As much as The Reuben family id loaded i'm not sure how wealthy Jamie is in his own right, and I don't think Mehrdad and Amanda are anywhere near the other 2 parties.

What people are doing is ignoring the actual evidence that exists and coming up with other theories to support what they want to believe instead

That is fine, but unfortunately most times they'll discover that they were wrong.

If you think about it he’s about to play a semi final u21s would be more focused on that than the move things will start to tick soon once either knocked out or they win as he is leaving his agent to do most of the work
