This is what his Wiki says... Dominic Martin Ball (born 2 August 1995) is an English professional footballer who plays for Queens Park Rangers. He plays primarily as a centre back but can also play as a defensive midfielder or at full-back. I don't think we've used him as a CB, but he must have played there previously.
Yes, probably. Wiki say he played RB one season. TransferMarket have defensive mid as his main position, and can play CB and RB.
Head of recruitment...Andy Betts???...has just said on twitter .."busy window. Now off for a cold beverage". I got a feeling that we accepted Swanseas offer, but perhaps personal terms were not agreed in time. Now that would be unfortunate!
Would seem very low - so low that it would be worth keeping him for a season and letting him go for free. Must be more to it than that - even if it's sell on clauses etc.
Possibly, but I guess if he was refusing to play for us then let him go and move on. No point in keeping him and playing him in the U23's. Difficult situation for all involved in the end.
Fee was undisclosed so how can they put a value of 250k, papers & tv sport don’t no unless rangers or Swansea said something but then it wouldn’t be undisclosed?
Reported as 250,000 plus add ons. Low bute he really wanted to go, what is the point in keeping him... It clears a wage...and a number in the squad ( though not sure that was a big problem though) Shows Warbs means business. Two things.... Will BOS sign now Will Manning actually start matches. Swansea signed two other defenders on deadline day, and already have the mighty Bidwell.
Just catching up on transfers as yesterday was a busy day, as far as I can tell; EDIT: (thanks Beth, Oslo, Raving and Steels) IN : no one new yesterday, so still Thomas, Willock, Bonne, Adomah, Kelman, Dykes, Dickie, Amos and Carroll . OUT : Manning, Smyth, Shodipo, Oteh, Eze. Seems to me a very sensible transfer window, which I haven't said about QPR's dealing in a transfer window for a long time.
