It looks as though BOS will sign. He has been/ will play regularly. I assume he has been promised a move if a serious bid comes from a premier League ( just like Eze).

Manning should be able to negotiate a similar contract....play...play well.
He can move on with everyone's agreement.

Aye. Good to get this type of player before they go to a club 'inbetween' like Peterborough and end up costing us £3-5m. Of course it could not work out, but it's also a less expensive gamble this way.

An Athletic journo has tweeted that we are interested in loaning Michael Hector from Fulham. A few other Clubs are also supposed to be interested in him.
 
I’m quite excited about the Rs’ recent dealings in the market. Young Kelman looks a great investment for the future. I’d quite have liked another defender or two - perhaps this may still happen - but I’m starting to feel like the club knows what it’s doing again. It’s been a while.

I agree entirely Uber. We might get a few duds, but I bet you we get a few triumphs and a bit of a profit

And a reputation for doing the right thing, which will snowball.
I am quietly optimistic

3 year contract so he better develop fast if we are going to see a return on him, or we will have to extend his contract sharpish if he looks genuinely handy.

Assume he will be loaned.

I read that he'll play for the U23s initially and may be loaned in January if he's not close to breaking into the first team by then. You'd hope that he'd at least get a chance with the first team before being loaned out.
