This takes the prize for the funniest rumour of the summer, bar none...

He seemed to get better with all the games he's played this season and he's scored a few important goals, 5 off the top of my head. So I hope he stays, he'd be a loss to the Club, we're short of CD's, and don't expect he'd earn so much more where he'll get to play regularYou must log in or register to see media
Will be interesting to see if this means Hall is off. I wouldn't be that sad. Good player when he's fit, but hardly a world beater, and sadly injury prone. Would have to stay within the new wage structure to have it be worth him staying.

I've not especially warmed to him either. You're probably right. For some reason I've just not warmed to him.

For us to be in the unusual position of a ‘win-win’ is my favourite thing about this post.I don’t really see a problem with this as we seem to be in a “win-win” situation.
Should Hall choose to say on a reduced wage, then great for the club. However, should he choose to leave, then we can mature the Masterson-Barbet center back pairing, plus sign and develop another developing youngster.

Didn’t dislike him & as you said a good pro, player like him you didn’t spot on the field at times & you don’t see the work he puts inThat's a shame. I seemed to be in a minority that really liked him. Bags of experience that you'd hope Eze and BOS could learn from too. Best of luck to him.
Yes, 1 more game would have meant another year long deal, so it says on the Official. But not keeping a regular team player for these last 9 games in a short timeframe when we may need to use a lot of players, looks like the Management dont think we have a realistic prospect of reaching the play-offs.That's a shame. Hmmm. Pugh: consistent, reliable and improving with each game. Amos: over-confident, casual and never had a good 90 minutes for us yet. You are the boss...Not surprised & not offered extended 1 year contract, did ok at times so not such a miss, we got Amos so probably done it for him
We're being strongly linked to Forest's Ben Watson whose deal is up, at 35 he's past his best but has featured in all their matches this season...
