Really? I told him to have a look at himself ONCE. Other than that I simply asked what the thoughts were about getting a new CB in, and that this may trigger Stones leaving.
Your initial post was a question followed by your opinion i.e. That us signing a CB meant the departure of Stones. It was either a poor attempt at a wind up or a completely ill informed comment. I covered both options in my response........... You then came back with an attempted snide jibe, which was intended to intimate that I'm an alcoholic. Which for someone who purports to work with people who have addictions, is in extremely poor taste. As usual you then take the victim stance, which has always been your MO. Those are the fackhts here love x
Stones hands in Transfer Request... Money Talks. Does that allow you enough time to replace him, assuming he signs for another club by say, Friday... tall order.
Excellent news on Stones allegedly hand in in a request. Let's see if the club now hold firm with earlier comments that it's not going to happen. Seeing as Sky broke the news from a source, has that effected the sky bet odds?
Where did I infer that it would be accepted? All I asked was if you did accept it, would you lot be comfortable with the amount of time you have left to replace him.
Disappointed in the lad tbh. I wasn't expecting him to go down that route. Be interesting to see what happens now
I'm surprised as well. He can afford to wait another year and is sure to still have suitors next summer if he carries on as he is. Be interesting to see if he's in the squad for your COC game tomorrow.
He may see this as his big chance to actually play for you given the problems you have at the moment.
No need to replace him if his request is turned down. Plus I never inferred you inferred that I had inferred that it would be accepted. Only agreed that the lad at WBA had his request rejected
You off to Barnsley tomorrow mate? I am, against my better judgement. Boooooo Stones you traitor lad. Lol
It's the cup game where away tickets are easy to get. I won't boo the lad, what's the point? If his request is rejected, how will we get three replacements in?? I expect it to be rejected, the player stay and all this to return in January then the summer. However I not rejected then I will question him and the club for taking it to the wire and make replacement almost impossible. Browning and Galloway, now is your chance to step up. How must the new lad feel seeing Stones(Alledgedly)handing in a request?
Maybe he just fancies his chances of making the first team after seeing the mess they are in? Up to 3 weeks ago he had the good sense to see he could end up like so many others, sat on the bench then sold. Now there is a real chance to play in the CL consistently, it has to be on his mind.
