Your initial post was a question followed by your opinion i.e. That us signing a CB meant the departure of Stones.

You then came back with an attempted snide jibe, which was intended to intimate that I'm an alcoholic. Which for someone who purports to work with people who have addictions, is in extremely poor taste.

Let's see if the club now hold firm with earlier comments that it's not going to happen.

I expect it to be rejected, the player stay and all this to return in January then the summer.

However I not rejected then I will question him and the club for taking it to the wire and make replacement almost impossible.

Up to 3 weeks ago he had the good sense to see he could end up like so many others, sat on the bench then sold. Now there is a real chance to play in the CL consistently, it has to be on his mind.
