I like going back in September to be honest. Kids are all clean shoes, underlining the titles and trying their best. Parents have no interest in contacting school to tell you how their special and unique child needs to be given more attention than the norm as they're just happy to have them out the house. You can actually teach and the job is actually roughly what people who don't do it think it is.
It's all the other months that are a chore.

I think the opportunism mentioned is why we keep hearing fans wondering about the order places are filled or about priority positions.
Essentially it isn't that straightforward and they take what's on offer when the opportunity is there and it might not necessarily be a position they were most keen to fill at the time.
