Both are free transfers and Villa have a ton of cash, so it's not that weird.

I didn't sign them lads, I dunno why the reasonings are coming towards me. If it's below even the lowest of prices you would expect to pay for either of them, then they're OK and Villa have tons of money.

Is this because I said Liverpool and Villa strengthening could cause us problems?

Nah, not AT you, just responding generally to your post as you referred to both of them.
I'm just not too bothered as I don't think they would do a lot to improve our squad, so let Villa sign them. Tielemans 'could' come good again, he's only 26. But he's looked woeful most of this season.

I think he has the makings of a good player in there, we can sometimes be a bit quick to rule out managers and rule out players in my opinion. We all have a few bad months in our lives now and again and players unfortunately show it on a pitch.

If he goes there and does some good football, he will be a pain in the ass for other teams.

I still expect us to sign Barnes.

As I said, Tielemans looked good 2+ years ago and when we were previously linked with him I thought it would be a really good signing. He then really went off the boil, but it's not to day he can't improve again.
I just hope we are looking for bigger and better now.
