Our fan history,and attendances speak for themselves. There are at least a dozen PL clubs who would kill for our attendance level! It's not like there was any doubt!
For every 10 year old now who can't get a ticket,is a lifetime of income,and support, just thrown down the drain!

that is more valid a point than many will realise, getting the kids to the games is vital as is giving them something the chance to take something home with them (from the shop and club related) ...after my first visit to RP i was hooked, bought a scarf and proudly wore it day after day even though we were a bottom of division 2 club.

if all they can get are man utd or liverpool tops/merch who knows what dark path they will choose...

swap him for Ronaldo ! yes please mind you Gooch could get in that Man u team at the minute. we are in for a Costa rica player in todays echo 18 years old scored internationly as well.
 
18yo, played 6 games for Costa Rica. Can't see him getting a work permit - he would need to have played 14 of their games in the last 12 months

Have they played 14 games in the last 12 months? Think there are ways around the work permit thing. At least the “big clubs” seem to be able to.

18 games. Checked before I posted. As CR are ranked 34th in teh world, he would need have played 75% of their games in the last year - usually it's over 2 years, but as he's under 21 the rules are only based on the last 12 months
