I don't think Lampard has what it takes to manage the top sides. I think it's unfair to say he didn't do a good job at Chelsea, though. He went there under a transfer embargo and he was responsible for bringing through the youngsters, Abraham, Mount, James, Gilmour, Tomori and probably one or two more I can't think of.

Yeah, he done well. I'm sure he was blocked from signing the players he wanted in his second season when it all went wrong.
