Which is an important point to consider - for too many years we've sacked managers mid-season and are left with a squad full of players the new man doesn't want. It's time we started looking at similar models that have seen clubs like Swansea, Luton and Brentford achieve success despite changing the Head Coach - recruitment that isn't just based on the Manager's rolodex and a coaching staff that aren't necessarily his usual picks

I vaguely remember reading that he's expected to start playing for the U23s around Sept/Oct time and then slowly make his way into first team contention. It must have been a bad injury he done it over a year ago now.
