He was OK. No more than that. Had a handful of good games and a bigger handful of anonymous games. Wasn't the stellar player we thought we were signing

Yeah, suppose. Would have been an ok signing, but not one I'd be particularly excited about - I think he lacks an end product

the old 'on paper' looks a decent team but as we know only too well it will be rare that they all choose to perform at the same time, could be a frustrating season for them.

whilst chuffed their fans are concerned with the lack of CB signings. They've got Jack Whatmough CB and the only other 2 CBs are 18 year olds. They've only got 2 full backs (more than us of course)

Does Financial Fair Play still exist? They don't really get much more than about 10k in crowds so it's going to be a challenge to balance the books - I know they now have supposedly rich owners but I didn't think they could just throw money in and that clubs needed to be sustainable?

Don't think they've paid a fee for any of their signings, they also only had 6 players at the start of pre-season so it's not as if they had a huge wage bill
