What’s the big issue , the season card is the golden ticket , I reckon the complainers will probably be the kids who played with the box rather than the toy at Christmas . To complain about something so trivial leads me to believe their is something missing from their lives .

this is bizarre tho - it’s more evidence of us “doing deals” without announcing them?!?

I know GK coach isn’t sexy. But we did similar with a couple of our signings?

Not particularly sure it needs the pomp and circumstance around a coaching appointment, but hey ho, least we have one now and people can I guess stop complaining about that aspect.

Now, announce some actual playing staff signings haha

I’d hate to be ITK like.

Everyone hanging on your word and if a development occurs that is a bit unexpected you get absolutely slaughtered and (in some cases) threatened.

I’d honestly hate it.

ffs man, you try to help by posting and quite possibly it wont all come off, sometimes it all goes pete tong and none of it comes off...but personal abuse is what i cannot stand, pure infant schoolyard mentality.

i heard around 30 years or more ago that the old railway line was going to be made into a by-pass, it was common knowledge at the time and guess what...it is still a disused railway line only more overgrown...there are a thousand reasons that 'dead cert/quite probable/almost done' deals fail at the last, these people really need to act like mature adults instead of infantile fannies.

all they are are keyboard bullies who hide behind a made up name, safe that they may never be found...best part of them would have been too sh1t scared to go to a game in the 70's, you, my friend, have so much more respect from lads and lasses on here than any of those w@nkers will ever hope to get...maybe take a break from trying to give a little hope, they may be w@nkers but that type of sh1t can drag anyone down.

i know mate - think it was more wishful thinking that if we haven’t announced our new GK coach we also haven’t announced our new LB, RB, goalkeeper and striker :D

David Preece’s appointment has really made my night in terms of being less worried. He knows his stuff and is a real analyst / student of the game.

I’m concerned / annoyed / angry at how @Prehab26 feels tho. I want you to know buddy that you have brought so much comfort to a lot of fans. I suffer from bad anxiety and as people have seen here over the last few weeks, can flip flop like a yo yo when it comes to positivity about the club.

Your posts, both in this thread and during the takeover, have always given me hope and removed some of that anxiety. And at the end of the day that’s helped keep me sane. Can’t ask for more than that.

a bit grandiose and soppy bollocks. I just want you to know you’re appreciated. And for every one mindless idiot giving you ****, there are 100 whose day you have just made better.

chin up and take all the time you need. If I were you I’d consider backing out until end of window. Just don’t offer anything. You don’t owe any of us anything.
