Has it not set a few alarm bells off for you that we have currently not spent a single penny on a player yet? Do you really think the right player hasnt been available yet, we just havent put a bid in for them. Why?
We could go round in cycle here mate. How do you know we haven't got bids in for players. 2 of the best itk on here have already said cash bids are in for a number of players.

Im sick of hearing about these so called cash bids. Why has not one been accepted yet? Are we offering 500k for players worth 1m or something because if that was the case surely wed have someone in by now

we've brought in 3 (4 including the young keeper) so we have added to the squad, you have to spend money to bring in players
if the right player has been available i'm confident the club would have enquired and if the deal wasnt a good for us moved on, dont see an issue with that

ultimately we have no idea what the club have and havent done!
We learnt of a bid for Key after the fourth one had gone in!
They allegedly pulled out of the Gallagher deal for reasons we dont know
so they are active in what they want to do

Yes i know we are active, we have to be. Im not disputing that but it seems to me we are trying to build a new squad with an empty pot of money

On a serious note it’s a while since I stopped going to matches but I was really looking forward to this season and was quite excited about going back for the first match but in all honesty there is not a cat in hells chance that I would waste a day of my life to go and watch that team.

It is to us as fans!!
But addressing the state the club was in when KLD took it on will be his number 1 priority!
Look back at the state the pitch when he 'took control' and that is the one thing we could all see was a disgrace for a club of this 'size and reputation' we were once renowned for the quality of our pitches.
Although I have no knowledge of the state of the rest of the club we have all heard how much money we were haemorrhaging that all takes time to sort out and especially in the current climate.
Although the fullback areas are a concern we still have players that do a decent job in them areas if it does take a little more time to get the right player in
If Embleton recreate any where near his form for England he would keep McGeady out of any side and we have hardly seen him in a red and white shirt
Ensuring we do actually have a club that is sustainable is probably the right way to run it IMO
Who the hell buys a club to be sustainable they buy it because they are stinking rich want the premiership money and try to win trophies along the way, it’s just their bloody hobby.

Squads that have been promoted from this division since we've been in it have cost less than Will Grigg. Spending money isn't everything, getting the right player is.

Nobody likes a flapper.
I don’t understand some of the arguments on here, if we offer £10grand a week to a player that has been thrown up as the perfect fit but he says he wants £15 then he’s labelled as a twat and a money grabber, he’s the same bloody player he was 10 minutes before but he thinks he’s worth more than what we are offering.

If the model isnt sustainable their is no long term future!
Short would simply right a check at the end of every season to cover the 'costs' of the previous year that isnt a way to run any business we have seen what happened when he got fed up of doing that.
KLD doesnt appear to be here to make a quick buck like those before him so will have a long term plan to stabilise then build and we have already been told that we need patience for the project to take fruition.
But he wouldn’t have to sign a cheque at the end of the season because our super duper recruitment team bought the correct players to start with not the s hit that was bought before, that’s what they were employed for wasn’t it?

Surely it's obvious why KLD bought us?
