that's not really surprising otherwise he'd be their first choice left back wouldn't he!
If he was their first i dont think we'd have a chance getting him to drop a league.
He's no real loss to them by the sounds of things.

He has played a few first team games hasnt he? Warnock doesnt fancy him but not the first young lad he hasnt played. To be fair to boro their academy is good. At 23 and with Johnson hopefully being one to get the best out of players, I wouldnt mind him signing. Even if Hume signs as well. Hume might need a kick up the arse in terms of fighting for a spot. If the recruitment team fancy him then all good by me.
