    Personal terms are almost always agreed before a transfer fee. It doesn't mean they tapped him up.

    CL is lucrative. Plus they're selling some players - Xhaka, possibly Partey, Balogun.

    I think a lot of the reports suggested Kroenke has given Edu and Arteta about £200m to spend this summer.

    From what's in the open, their targets are: Timber, Lavia, Rice, Havertz - which is probably about £250m

    But then they're selling Xhaka... and trying to sell Partey... so I reckon it might stack up and end up happening

    Fair play to them I say. I genuinely hope they can continue to challenge for the title. If they sign all 4 of those players they'll have seriously good young squad that will only get better.
