Would anyone buy while the ban is there? Tbh it's better if he stays now because the novelty for him has well and truly worn off. If a new filthy rich owner comes in they might actually spend some decent money after the ban.

His prime reason for owning it was to give him respectability in the West, that’s sort of now failed. It’s nothing but a trinket to him now. Whoever ends up taking it on has to solve their stadium issue if they’re to continue to compete sustainably in the long term.

In theory, Chavs could sink to the same level as Fulham or Charlton.

Ground share with Fulham might work if CFC are willing to fund an expansion. Build the home stand over the Thames like.
