It's from the Manchester Evening news mate ... don't shoot the messenger ... they run features on the lad ...here is the paper urging you sign him... enjoy... and perhaps read the facts that the paper quotes on his tackling stats etc ... I would be gutted if we sold him

I don't do stats mate.

He's a decent player, not someone I'd target especially though. I'm contesting the 'fact' that all United fans were begging to sign him on the basis of a decent showing against City. You're talking about the MEN gossip, it's very similar to that of The Sun and The Star. As in, baseless bollocks.

He's ok, and he'd certainly be a better bet than Matic right now, but I don't think we're in for him so you needn't worry.

Feel free to point out where I say ALL United fans ... and I'm not worried at all ... contracted until 2024 and we don't sell these days if we don't want to. <cheers>

So we accept it was a few social media 'fans' (I use the word reservedly) on Twitter and a reporter half heartedly saying we should be vaguely interested?

Ergo tweets in the Manchester Evening News from Manchester United fans are not representative of Manchester United fans .... because a Manchester United fan in Swansea says so ..... errrrrr OK then

Are you certain??? ... I'm led to believe that Manchester United fans being quoted I'm the Manchester Evening News are more likely to be global fans than knowledgeable UK ones ... the global brand runs true <laugh>
