From all accounts he's something special, not seen him myself but Klopp rates him.

Well according to all the foreign rags we are about to sign Bruno Fernandes, Sergei Milinkovic-Savic and Paulo Dybala so at least you don’t have to put up with 10,000 lies this summer, I’d bet a months wage that we sign none of them.

Not sure what's happened to Dybala though, was watching some thing about him and none of the pundits rated him at all. A couple of years back he was the man.
