Jack Cork was available for £750k and we were the only team officially in for him

True but Cork wasn't regularly being linked to a host of top teams like Clyne was, there probably was interest from other parties, may still be interest, I just find it a little surprising that for someone so supposedly highly rated there hasn't been more clubs linked to him/in for him, especially at such a cheap price.

The main one I can think of, Newcastle, are very interested in him but have decided not to enter at this point as they're chasing a number of targets and didn't want to be rushed into a making a deal. As it happens, they're extremely close to signing Debuchy, so that turned out to be a good decision.

There could have been who know's.

Which one? Homer's a bit out of shape but Bart is way too young and inexperienced.

I heard from my sauces it was Maggie.

I'm not so fussed about having experienced forwards. My main concern is that our defense will be put under far more pressure than it ever was last season, and let's be honest, Fonte and Fox have been known to be a little naive at times. Someone who always makes the right decision when it comes to simple things like making a clearance or anticipating a run would be great.

No one has "decisions" of 20 on FM so this player doesn't exist

Haha, I'll settle for 19. But he'll need high anticipation and a professional personality as well ;)

After some research, I have discovered that leaves one player - Badstuber.
