Gebre selassie. He plays for slovan liberec who are the Czech champions.

Looked very useful. The polish right back looked good in the 1st two games but got dominated by the czech left midfielder tonight.

Yeah, that Polish right back looks very good. Probably because he is very good, and was an ever-present in Borussia Dortmund's title winning team in the Bundesliga.

No chance.

On the plus side Gebre selassie is 25 I hope we go in for him might go post it on a rumours website see how long it takes till it's taken up by the press.

Or see how long it takes someone to post it on the Official Saints Facebook page.

Would be shocked if we got Elia; he's tremendously talented, and will have suitors. Won't be particularly cheap either even after this past season, so if we're even in the market I'd have to upgrade my assessment of Cortese from "extremely aggressive and ambitious" to "madman...the good kind." It'd be an interesting one from an investment standpoint, as is Rodriguez; both very good as players, and also both come with a very good likelihood of increasing their value within a year or two. And while we'd all like players to be permanent fixtures, our reality for some time is that the bigger teams will try (and frequently succeed in their efforts) to poach our successful players, so having younger talent who are as useful as assets as they are on the pitch is going to be quite important in the near future.

Think Elia would be a loan move if this is correct. Not had any joy at Juve and they paid a lot of money for him. No better market place than the premier league to engineer a big money sale.

To be perfectly honest, a lot of clubs are after him. I here he wants a move to London, but the guy wants to have a big role at his next club, not a bit part player which he could be at some of the 'bigger' teams. Therefore he could be swayed to a Saints move, interested to see what happens to any deal regarding this player. But its nice being linked to such talented player.
