Well its obviously not true considering Nathaniel Clyne's contract is up at the end of the season...

As it states in the article... Would be very happy with both signing, great players with bright futures. Am sure they'll both end up at bigger clubs though.

Zaha? No thanks - dives, moans, cheats, and whenever I have seen him he's not looked very influential. That's just me though.

Since that Palace away game I have taken a strong dislike to him.

Clyne? Well I wouldn't refuse to have him at Saints but my only concerns surround his height.

He's been bullied in the air several times when I've seen him.

Clyne is decent, but Zaha is very overrated. One trick pony as far as I'm concerned. He doesn't have the brain, the finish or the range of passing to make much of an impact in the PL.

Clyne is a really good prospect. Zaha is very raw but he hasn't attracted interest from top clubs for nothing. Not sure he's right for us though.

Assuming that we do go up..........I hope we continue with the surprise signings. I would like to see anyone on the way up in the game rather than someone on the way down (e.g. Upson for one).

Saints have a fantastic team spirit right now which started in League 1 and has developed in the Championship. I hope we don't get over ambitious and break up this squad. That said we may need some experience of playing in the Premier League. Am I right in saying that only Davies and Fox have done so?

Lawrie Macneverdefend was the master at bringing in the surprise player.

Corky played for Burnley in the Prem.
