    Something of along the lines of them believing he was worth £8m+ before Euro 2012, the Olympics and his potential first England cap tonight and they now said that if he plays he's worth that which is absolutely ridiculous of course.

    Pretty sure I heard somewhere (rightly or wrongly) that Ramirez wants over 60k a week and that is why he turned down Spurs as they were only offering in the 30k a week region.

    Joe - by all accounts you are commenting on a rumour he rejected Spurs etc...and using this as the basis others here shouldnt be talking about it...

    That information may also not be correct, as it also may be that we are in for him...

    Cant therefore be so discounting, perhaps :biggrin:

    I think that there is a good chance that we have made an enquiry, and maybe Cortese has even met with his agent, but there is no chance of him joining us. He would probably rather stay in Bologna
