I still think De Ridder is a decent player!

De Ridder is not a bad player - just infuriatingly inconsistent. Anyone remember his goal v Reading?

    Guly set him up.

I ended up 4 rows above where I was stood.

    The rest is a blur.

Good job that didn't happen to me otherwise I would have been out of the stadium as I was right at the back!

Oh yes, I went mental, but not nearly as much as when we got the second penalty at Millwall. And when the second pen went in from Rickie I went completely berserk, like the other few thousand Saints fans. I will never forget those 3 or 4 minutes and the feeling of complete despair when we were 2-1 down with 10 mins to go, then relief as we get a penalty and make it 2-2 and then complete ecstasy as we get another pen to make it 3-2. Now THAT was a beautiful moment.

Haha... Jake and I can attest to those feelings too. I wasn't at the Reading game but the Millwall game was truly something special. The reaction of the Millwall fans made it that much more special.

Ah, that Millwall game was what football is all about. Great day out in Laaandan that was. Lambert was so close with one effort early on, smashed the crossbar, then we score and I'm like "We got this", we were so dominant. Then we turned to **** after Fonte's own goal.

The ecstasy when we got given the second penalty was amazing, just shows how much we trust old Lambo. Enjoyed rubbing it in the faces of the Millwall fans to our right. All of us were running down the stairs to the front of the second tier... Class.

Oh that just put the icing on the cake. Bloody hilarious. I debated whether to go to the Millwall game for a good week or so as I couldn't really afford it. But in the end I couldn't resist as I live in London while at uni. I was seriously starting to regret my decision in the second half but now I can look back on those memories, hugely relieved that I made the right choice.

The Millwall fans were on my left as I was on the left side of the stand the Saints fans were in. There was 1 Millwall fan who squared up to the Saints fans and made a gesture indicating "come on then, let's take it outside". I was pissing myself laughing and that was the one time when I chanted "who the **** is laughing now" and not being aimed at Portsmouth. For me, that was 100% directed towards the Millwall fans.

Just love getting caught up in the passion and atmosphere. Seriously would piss myself if I could watch a clip of my behaviour during the away games I went to.

I literally couldn't stop myself going to away games in 2nd half of season. Loved them last season. I had only been to 3 away games (4 counting the FA cup final) before last season. Last season I went to Palace (League cup), Millwall, Coventry (FA cup), Boro, Peterborough, Reading, West Ham, Birmingham (seriously regretted that!)

Only three for me, Palace in the league cup, West Ham and Millwall. Almost missed Millwall because I'm a massive idiot... I'm sure Jake hated me that day :DD

Actually, woke up early and thought it'd be safe to get a little bit more sleep... still, battled the odds and didn't miss kickoff :D
