We're signing an English footballer who has played for the England U19 and U21 set-up's and he's still not happy.

It's the best strategy to adopt going forward as a club - even if we get relegated we'll still have a bunch of young players with great potential that will either bring us back up in a couple of seasons or be sold for serious cash.

Absolutely; even if we stay up and excel, it doesn't hurt to have players who are worth more than you paid for them in short order. If we keep the vultures away, brilliant...if we don't, we'll bring in enough cash to remain self-sustaining until we can keep the vultures away.
