...Already, they have cheated fair play with Neymar and all their other signings. They are saying this is just a loan, with no fees.

They've agreed an £166m fee for next summer, so effectively it's a signing. It doesn't matter if the money has actually changed hands before then, FFP spreads the cost of a player over the length of their contract. So they don't pay anything for him (according to FFP) this season, then it'll be £41.5m a year over his 4 year contract. So they've effectively bought themselves a year to sell players before they feel the effects of the Mbappe signing.

And no money changed hands at all, or them to take him on loan to bypass FFP. The Champions have just decided to help them out and loan them one of the best young players in world football just as a favor?

If they have agreed a fee of 166M for next season, I think that's stupid. Neymar was 200M this season, every window it dramatically rises. They could get a much bigger fee next summer! Stinks of cheating.
 
Marvin Zeegelaar finally gets his chance in the PL with Watford. Will be interesting to see how he does. Reported £3m fee.

I suspect they waited until today to make it look exciting.

Sorry, I digress, but it's more interesting than these obscenely priced nobodies. I truly couldn't give a toss about all that, just interested in who we are (or more likely, are not) buying.
