They say May is the month champions are crowned.

can you predict who the champions might be as well as other sporting predictions starting in May and June

Below are a number of sporting predictions to make over the summer -the 1st being next weeks Europa league final match.

The amount of points for a correct prediction is shown against that event.

Yes that's fine. As long as predictions are made before the event/tournament starts e.g. predicting the winner of the cricket icc champions trophy needs to be made before the whole tournament starts, not before the final match and grand prix winner picked before qualifying rounds for pole starts.

Where's the Athletic World Championships? Jamaican gold and silver in the 100 and 200 m for men, gold and silver for USA Ladies in the same events, Gold and only a silver for Mo Farah, lots of golds for the Ethiopians in the distance events. Hopefully Kenya will get some golds as well. Those of you of a certain vintage probably remember the great Kip Keino.

County cricket champions? Hopefully Middlesex, the county of my birth. As for the others I am not really that bothered but obviously would like England to beat Australia but it takes a Middlesex or Yorkshire player to captain them.

In the Tri Nations would love New Zealand to smash the Aussies and Springboks.

And Mexico to win the 2014 World Cup!!!
