18 months at a club where he had 7 substitute appearances isn't much in his overall development, hopefully the price will reflect that.
We are in talks with James Wilson from Bristol City. A 24 year old centre back. It mentions us on this wikipedia entry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Wilson_(footballer)
Bet you are gutted that he didn't stay on next season, really talented player with great fitness and an eye for goal.
Yeah, seems like he did worse for you because if I am correct in thinking he didn't even score for you all season. Wonder what is next for him, surely not another league club.
Hoadie, it was definately on his wikapedia entry earlier, but I now see that his entry was modified 2 hours ago. No idea why it has been removed.Very strange
This is what someone with a BT ip originally wrote...http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=James_Wilson_(footballer)&diff=557538293&oldid=557529478
I hear that we are being linked with Rooney (Luke not Wayne), not hat I read much into it, he doesn't fit my idea of an Allen player
Rooney is most likely going to Cheltenham, his loan deal only fell through in he last minutes in january because of Swindon's dodgy doings and the two clubs are in talks over him now. What is funny that I saw Sean Clohessy being linked with us. Whoever comes up with these rumours really has no imagination. For those of you who don't remember, here are the former Gills players that we have been linked with since MA took over: Cody McDonald (actually happened) Andy Barcham Gavin Tomlin Kevin Lisbie Simeon Jackson Luke Rooney (twice) Bayo Akinfenwa (since last summer) Barry Fuller Danny East Antonio German (could happen, who know's) Stuart Lewis (saw on another website but didn't even bother to mention) Sean Clohessy Surprised Alan Julian was never mentioned before he joined Dartford this summer
You would think we only want our old players back from the past. Can't people have the guts to make up rumours about new players.
He is a good player however I doubt he would come back. Not sure really even though he is a good player.
Looks like Lee Clark is interested in Jack too. Championship club and a big one at that, hopefully give us some decent wonga for him then. http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/birmingham-city-lee-clark-wants-4051172
