The Swiss must still be adhering to their code of secrecy. Even the judges weren't allowed to see the evidence.

    Disgraceful, the lot of them.

"is FIFA still corrupt then?" Do you really need to ask that? Is the Pope Catholic?

I have it on very good authority that they actually do notdistant. AWAYINBC has apparently spent days watching them.

Been watching the last day in Spain video.....the cross bar challenge......Shumacher quite good at this.....Jephcott terrible....but of course he's only a striker.

The word on Michael Cooper's absence last night seems to be related to his dog.

Cooper was very upset about his dog having an injury and was in no state of mind to play football.....it is mentioned elsewhere that they believe it had a broken leg and has had an operation.

Innis has been used recently as a lone striker with Jephcott laying deeper....I'm not sure how that uses Jephcott's close to goal abilities ?

Theoretically, he still gets to lurk in the box for corners and free kicks and it lets him arrive late in the box in free play, making him difficult to pick up.

It remains to be seen how Schumacher does set the team out. In recent times, Jephcott has been dropping into the hole anyway: whether by design or otherwise.

Remembering how tough our last six games were last season....I checked who we were playing next April and May.

It looks a great finishing line up actually.....Bristol R...Morecambe...Lincoln...Exeter...Shrewsbury...Cambridge...Burton.

So come the start of April we would have played all the so called big teams.....now if we were in contention for the top six by then....it would mean that we would have a great chance of finishing strongly.

The season is only one game old and we have a problem already.

Miller was going to start the match as our left-wing-back...but he picked up a thigh strain Friday in training....after a scan it looks as if he could be out for awhile.

So left-wing-back is already a problem position.....Grant is still recovering....Law has gone on a season long loan to Gillingham....now Miller is out...so we are left with only Mumba...who was our star player against Barnsley.

We're therefore left with young Endacott as back up.....Schumacher has said that we will cope with the situation as it is.....this is what happens in football.

I watched the female England team game tonight. Fabulous outcome and cheered with the best of them. There is no doubt the women's game has come on leaps and bounds as a spectacle. Mistakes yes, miskicks yes but endeavour unquestionable. They achieved what the men's team could not.
