Different era altogether plym. They would be far too slow for the game now.

 

They aint gonna look at it again no matter how much we shout. Totally incompetent the lot of them.

 

Ryan Lowe's target not coming to the south-west....he is starting all over again.....A well run club with good facilities not drawing them in.....is it money....or is it the one stop before America/to far away from my family/or girl friend likes the bright lights syndrome.

 

If they aren't happy to come then I don't want them here. We are a big enough outfit not to let little people worry us. Their loss.

 

Ryan Lowe had been waiting on a players decision at the end of last week.....it seems as if it is a disappointing outcome.

Forwards that have moved at this time were......

1.....Austin Samuels......from Wolves to Aberdeen,
2.....Jake Scrimshaw.....Bournemouth to Scunthorpe.
3.....James Scott.....Hull to Hibs.

I wonder if it was one of those ?

 

More important currently is that Argyle probably won't lose the services of 2 of their International call ups following todays statement by the FA. Good.

 

Ryan Lowe is saying that he will definately add a couple of players to the squad before the closing of the transfer window.

Plymouth Live are saying that last weeks target was James Jones a Lincoln mid-fielder....who instead signed for the mighty Wrexham of the Conference for an undisclosed fee on a three year contract.......I thought a striker was the priority ?

How can Lowe be sure that he will bring in two more players that meet his specifications......there might be another Conference side that might be more appealing than coming to Argyle......this isn't quite the level of player I thought we were told that Argyle are after.

 

Not all conference sides have just been bought by two Hollywood movie stars.

Never heard of Ryan Reynolds..... unbelievable.

 

Just looked him up....nope don't know him....or any of the programs he's been in.....that's probably why.

 

Don't worry I didn't have a clue who he was either and more to the point still don't apart from Actor.

 

pasoti are pointing to a possible striker signing tomorrow after the Senior Green's meeting today with Mr Dewsnip. He apparently hinted at one arriving but they aren't sure if he meant it or was kidding.

 

I see the mighty Wrexham have just bought Plymouth born Ben Tozer (31 yrs old) from Cheltenham for £200,000

Lot of speculation surrounding Derby striker Bobby Duncan....being on Argyles requirement loan list.

Not really played first team football from what I can see.....left Liverpool under a cloud...complaints that Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane were keeping him out of the first team ??.....went to Fiorentina did nothing and ended up at Derby with similar result.

I can remember clearly that Ryan Lowe didn't want Knobheads coming to the club....is this a desperate change of mind.

 

So with time running out, should he be signed or not?

 

Look at Duncan's playing record at senior level....Ziltch....from what I can see.....the man is all mouth.....complaining when at Liverpool that Salah & Mane were keeping him out of the team....quite possible i would think.......it's already been stated elsewhere that our young Rhys Shirley has more first team experience that this fellow.

Lowe must be desperate even to think of him.....this player comes in the higher levels of knobheads.....and analytically we don't look at this type of player....or so Lowe has been telling us.

Hopefully it's all a bad dream and just rumours going wild because of the lack of any serious information on a player or two coming in.

 

So that's a definite no then.
