Bournemouth today for Kraftwerk gig, just an overnight stay. Suffolk at some point( free stay with friends) and County Clare in August.
Turn your data off mate and use WhatsApp on the hotel Wi-Fi
I used Saily when we were away in January. We only really used it for data when we were out but it wasn't too bad cost wise
I've used this outside Europe. When we bought it, it was a disposable esim that just expired at the end of the holiday. It looks like they've changed now it so you keep the esim and just turn it on when you want to use it.

Off to York in the morning for a couple of nights....looks like we've picked the wettest two days going...typical...our week in Devon last month was Baltic never had a week in May like it....global warming eh.
Love Devon but hate the drive.

North Devon a village called Hartland, few miles from Clovelly.
Done Devon to death really.....won't be going back, 6 hour drive to get home.
Took me 12hrs to get there time before last.
Last year we went to Woolacombe, excellent holiday.
6 hours to get there including a stop for grub in Tewksbury.
Get an eSIM at the airport as soon as you get through security and pick your luggage up. You’ll be able to put £10-20 on and that will be more than enough to get you through the week.

Highlands for a couple of weeks on Friday. Lots of walking with Mrs W and the dogs. Then Tuscany beginning of July with Mrs W and no mutts. Happy days.
