Three days to go to Mexico. My boss has just been signed off sick for the week with kidney stones so it's going to be a blue arsed fly special now til Friday.

Just booked a highland lodge for a week in September in Glen Rinnes, Moray followed by 3 nights in Glenrothes Travelodge to catch up with family and friends in Cupar and Gauldry and managed to avoid missing any home games.
We had Italy booked for 1st week in August but KLM cancelled our flights at about 10 days notice. Couldn't find a sensible way to get to Pisa so canned the lot and paid double for a week all inclusive in Mexico. Got a week in Toronto without the kids in Oct and currently planning US road trip for next year.

Got here just before the tropical storm started - it's going to be the next big hurricane to hit the US.
Resort is fantastic. It's the bloody jungle with a jacuzzi
Also, Netflix are filming a dating show here - Love Is Blind, Mrs Exile informs me. So I'm going to try and get into every establishing and background shot with my belly forced out more than it already does
Edit - I'm currently watching a dating couple being directed....

Was flicking through last minute holidays on TUI and a week all inclusive came up in a smashing hotel we have stayed in before, couple of phone calls to our workplaces and we are all booked and fly a week on Tuesday. Only downfall is the inevitable hassle we will get taking the bairn out of school a week after she’s returned ! I can handle that though so roll on next week
Not quite holiday related but the Granddaughter gets back Wednesday from Camp America, she's been away since June and after the camp closed last month she's done Boston, Philadelphia, Washinton DC and is currently in NYC, flies back overnight Tuesday, can't wait.
Fantastic to hear. We're off to Majorca on Friday so glad the weather is turning for the better.I'm in pollenca old town in majorca. Been a little unsettled last couple of days but next 7 days are due to be lovely. Nice bit of sunshine after a tough few months.
