Brighton? Had a decent rep for actual football so hyppia will be fascinating I would call teixteria a sumptuous type of player but he's gotta get on with his career, a really lovely player so I hope he absolutely flies this season
They play decent football (or at least have done under Gus & Garcia) and can't see Hyypia changing that much. Problem is, they're much weaker than last season after losing Ulloa to Liecester for £7m (their main source of goals) and Buckley to Sunderland for £2.5m. Add in a few other loan players going (S.Ward, Lingaard) and could be a struggle. He should get some decent time this season though in a team that'll keep the ball on the floor.
Didn't he say something similar BEFORE the summer lol Who else as gone on loan to Brighton from us? I'm sure there was another youth player earlier in the window?

No the agreement on fee was announced on Weds. We're not supposed to start contract negotiations till that has happened or its tapping up. Like I said, wait till next week
Yes I know that but surely an agreement has been reached on contract negotiations otherwise they wouldn't have announced it. He's had his medical and all reports were suggesting it would be finalised today.
Rodgers So looks like we are in for a striker but won't buy someone just for the sake of it. I guess we saw similar in January, we wanted to add to the squad but right people weren't available so we saved it and put it into the kitty for this summer which is why we've had so many new players come in.
Stoke apparently lining up Moses on a loan deal. Looks like Assaidi's move won't be going ahead... Gutted. £7m for him would have been great business. Guess we'll probably have to try farm him out on loan somewhere again if we cant shift him as doesn't seem like he's rated.
To be honest they're moving to clubs that are probably at their level. They just aren't top 4 material. Moses might do ok at Stoke and the same for Cissokho at Villa.

We haven't signed a new striker (except Lambert). It's clearly a chain deal, we'll wait and he'll go as soon as we get our man. If not we might need to keep him!
No, he's already training with the team. It's just his old club being ****s and not faxing the paperwork. He's our player, he's just not officially registered in our PL squad yet.
