Who's got that Mick McCarthy gif?

 

He was brilliant as part of that Napoli trio (Cavani, Levezzi and Hamsik) where they all drifted and floated and linked up together. I like Lavezzi, he might shine again with players on a similar wavelength. 15mill would be pretty cheap for him, but I guess we need someone more central and more of a finisher right now...

Lavezzi would be a good signing. Think he would fit our style. Don't see it happening though

 

Ilori needs to bulk up a bit for the prem.

I still think a fit Coates would be a useful player. Not the fastest but he can make a tackle and gives height at set pieces

The press keep saying Lavezzi has always played out of position out wide and that he's better in a central role. I think he could do well in our system and get more goals for us than he did for PSG.

He seems to offer the best value for money.

Well Bony was target number 1 but deemed to expensive. He is different to Remy.

A stat just occurred to me. Our midfield and defense scored 49 goals between them last season. That really is pretty good. I'm including Sterling in this btw, and only league games.

If Henderson can hit his 10 and Lallana match his 10 from last season that would get that closer to 60.

 

Plus by the looks of it Lovren can chip in 5/6. And hopefully with Skrtel not a starter in every game our Own goals count will be much lower

 

Skrtel's own goals were not Skrtel's fault.

A lot were situations where you try to touch the ball over the bar with 30% chance of stopping a goal, 70% chance of an own goal, or you dont touch it and its 100% a goal.

I'd prefer him to try and fail than not try at all.
