Can't see Ribbo staying around to play 2nd and even 3rd fiddle at his age now.

I really like the guy and his output is actually better than some would credit him with, but he'll be one of the big earners - can we really afford to have him bench warming for another year?

Yes, I can see him and Chambers moving on, if someone will take the latter. The same applies to Osho although BBM seems to like him.

There have been very few players I’ve just not taken to down the City, over 50 years now and Osho is one. I suppose it was trying to laugh off his cock up’s that did it for me.
I still reckon there's a decent player in there somewhere. He has had a few decent games but sadly they are overshadowed by his errors, many of which came in his early games.

I would point out that a few of his howlers have been replicated by Lawlor too, but only once have his errors led to a shocking goal.

I'd also point out that the likes of Hudson and Morrison both had shaky starts/not the greatest first seasons but went on to become absolute stalwarts.
Sometimes players just need a decent length of time to bed in fully.

He seemed to have settled before his latest red.
It'll be interesting to see how some of these players shape up next season now they have had time to play under BBM. Another full pre-season to build on what they've done this year and we should see every player stepping up another notch.
I would like to see BBM settle on a CB pairing though. Lawlor and Fish would be my starting pair. Inexperienced, but look best suited.

Actually an intetesting article from WoL, not lifted from our pages.

Ng, Wintle and Bagan need to be tied down to new deals. Beyond that, we've time.
Another loan for Kellyman would be worth exploring. Still not sure what his best position is though.
Another LB and striker are essential, then any 'upgrades' we can secure.
Is Trott a done deal?

I think we have an option to buy Trott at a pre-agreed price.

I would like to know the other guy signed in January gets on. He had good reviews from wherever he was before...... but so did Osho. <yikes>

Just been googling the Trott situation. While WoL seem to think its a formality, most other returns to the search use the phrase "difficulty in getting the deal done". None say why, however.
Did the club know there was an issue, which is why Tyrer was signed? On that front, the last few gamed have seen Turner on the bench and no sign of Tyrer.

Hmm, what is it with the letter T and our keepers?

Obviously someone like Ballard from Orient would be potentially a coup, but I suspect he may head to a more established Championship club for big money.
We should probably start with Trott, Ng, Bagan and Wintle.

LB and striker a must.
Then it comes down to Dak and Eli King stepping up to cover Wintle.

A bit of pace out wide should see us done if one or two U21s are ready to step up.

Im sure BBM will spot a bit of quality out there. Possibly someone underperforming elsewhere that he can add some value to.

It was an interesting point from the podcasters Masky posted.
The value of the squad at the end of the season is higher than at the start.
When was the last time that was said about us?
Tan will be happy with that prospect.
