George Thomas has gone to Scunthorpe on loan.

We have signed 19yo Swedish keeper Viktor Johansson from Villa.

Valencia are after Gray again - this has legs as their sporting director was seen at the Marriott here with Gray's agent.

Simpson looks to be on his way out - take it with a pinch of salt as it is from Sky Sports but apparently Puel doesn't even want him to have a squad number.

That would be a shame as I think Simpson could have a big role here to come in and shore things up when we are out of form.

Maybe agents have met but we won’t sell I’m pretty confident. This is really his breakthrough year

It does look like we are playing 3 at the back so his lack of attacking nous would explain why he isn't wanted.

Then again him leaving would leave us with only 1 proper RB again unless Darnell Johnson or Louis Ramsey are going to step up - Puel does have a reputation for calling up players.
 
I think we can safely say, whoever doesn't get any game time against Lille, will be on their way out of the club.

Ben Gibson is set to join Burnley for £15m.
 
Everton are after Slimani for some reason.

We are linked with Modou Barrow - a Gambian winger from Reading.

The more i read about him, the more i think he'll be the next Maguire.

Really want us to sign him and play a back 3 of Mepham, Maguire and Evans/Morgan.
 
We apparently had a bid rejected for Mame Biram Diouf from Stoke - they want £15M for him.
 
We are linked with Filip Benkovic - a 21yo 6"4 Croatian CB from Dinamo Zagreb.

Worlds gone mad. Genuinely the worst striker I think to have ever played in the premier league. And yes, I do know the competition for that title.

Apparently we have had a bid of £15m rejected - might be why we are interested in Filip Benkovic who is around £13m.

Signing Robert Huth made both Kasper and Wes go from looking out of their depth to solid players

Kasper got caught out by high balls too often before Huth signed so hopefully having some big centre halfs makes a difference in both boxes for us
