Because Udinese signed him rather than us when he left Derby they got him for a pitence. If he had been loaned straight back to us there would have been outrage but if we do do this deal it's more money being spread around. Conspiracy theorists will claim this and the Bayo deal are 'linked' in terms of money moving to & fro.
