I think BBM will be true to his values and it'll be shape up or ship out.
I've mentioned young Will Spears on here before when playing for the under 21's - he's looked the real deal to me this past two seasons.
If he can step up to first team at League One level, we've got both him and Kpakio for the RB spot - perhaps Ng isn't that indispensable.

I don't think we would raise as much as £15/20 mill from players sales. If VT pocketed that he would still be in for £130 mill +. Hardly worth his effort.
