No but he’s a player protected by the pfa, there job is to represent the player….regardless of who he plays for.
I thought the pfa was there for the players, no? Regardless of the transfer gone through or not…who knows. I’ve not seen it confirmed either way since his signing was announced. Why hasn’t he played for anyone this season or pre season ? edit The Professional Footballers' Association is the union for all current and former footballers and scholars in the Premier League, the FA Women’s Super League and the English Football Leagues. We believe in the unifying power of football in society, and are committed to empowering footballers to recognise their value as people, not just players.
Must be true if it's on Wikipedia. Isn't the fact he's been pictured back at Leverkusen enough for you?
The signing was announced as subject to international and domestic clearances. It hasn't gone through so he doesn't technically play in any of the leagues covered by the PFA. He's not registered. How hard is that to understand?
iam and im the one you asked "how hard is it to understand" you arent even talking about the same payer as me you pudding
Reda is currently in the same boat as Puerta. The transfer has not been completed, therefore he's not our player despite whatever arrangement we had with his selling club to have him here pending ratification. The fact that we clearly think we can somehow restructure that deal to become efl compliant doesn't change the fact he's currently not our player, and he's not registered to play in any of the leagues covered by the PFA. Not only that, it's a union and membership is optional.
Then here’s the Leverkusen website, including Lucas Vasquez who was announced 3 hours ago. https://www.bayer04.de/en-us/team/werkself/bayer-04-leverkusen#team
An exciting talent, Reda Laalaoui joined Hull City from hometown club Fath Union Sport for an undisclosed fee in June 2025, penning a four-year deal.
You know as well as anyone he's back at Leverkusen. Doubt they'll bother registering him though if he's going to Spain.
