That's a good service Rover, glad you got seen Just as a comparison, the phone call part of our 111 system takes 3 or 4 hrs, you're then passed on to a nurse who decides if you need to see a Dr and if you do,you don't go to hospital...Good grief no!!! You're sent to Hamilton to the out of hours Dr,make your own way!!! Hence the reason A&E departments are rammed in Scotland, people just go straight there
Speedy and full recovery matey, how did you explain the bruises and swelling on your right wrist? (I tried to resist, honestly.) The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
I was on the line with 111 for about 30 minutes answering questions then they asked me if I had transport to hospital. Told 'em i'll get a taxi so i'll be ok. Found out why thwey didn't send an ambulance, there was a ship fire in 'Ull Dock and they sent a number of ambulances to that. Thanks for your wishes mate.
I told 'em i'd developed Tourettes and the hand movements just came naturally. Thanks for asking mate.
They asked me if I had transport to Hamilton(I live in Cumbernauld)3 Friday night's back,I said no,I don't drive....Dr said " you must have family or friends who can run you" Then hung up Oh how we chuckled....
If any of the players mentioned above ie, O'Brien, Barry, McBurnie, figure in the 1st team on opening day, I'll run around the new sports pavilion on Bude Park, between B/holme and Sutton Park in my shreddies...
