Really not fussed about Edozie moving on. Has been inconsistent from day 1, and to weak imho. This would also indicate that we are going to spend some money on a wide player or two?

This week has felt necessary and whilst it might have come sooner in the window it could also have come so late that we weren't able to benefit from it. I'd expect Aribo, ABK, Fraser, Wood, Taylor, Sugawara, BBD are also under consideration in terms of moving on (probably not all of them but certainly some) if the offer was right and then there's the 4 or 5 players we all hope we keep but may not. That would give us some wriggle room to bring in enough players to freshen things, put Still's stamp on the squad and add some first team quality.
Not at Championship level he isn't. I'm ok with him going or staying TBH. But if he stays I can see him getting 15 goals.
Nah mate, I get I'm hard on a lot of our players because on the whole they're ****, but BBD would struggle in League 2. He's got no pace at all, can't pass, can't even ****ing control the ball. There's more chance of me shagging Sydney Sweeney then him getting to double figures regardless of the league. He should have been first out of the door.
Edozie is definitely a winger and I wouldn't be surprised if we switch to a formation that doesn't use wingers as such. Wide attackers yes, but not necessarily out-and-out wingers.

Yeah, to be fair, more the 10 end of that! Even then, it would have to be really bad to be calling out the manager. We might well have a slow(ish) start but with the signs that things are going to come good. Quite often the case if a lot of the first eleven have changed. I think back to the first season in L1 and it felt like an age before we recouped that -10pts. The signs were clearly there that we were going to get stronger and stronger in that season and so we did.

Regarding Edozie, it really comes down to the fee for me. I won't be sad to see him go, but it does need to be a reasonable fee - which I expect it won't be. If it's a low fee, we might as well keep him as a squad option.
Which isn't exactly setting the world alight in one of the strongest teams in the Championship. If he was any good in a poorer league, Sheff U would have tried to keep him.
Like the one the other day also seemingly from a fans forum saying we’d have to accept a lower fee due to financial problems from being relegated. If there are 10 clubs involved then the only way we accept a lower fee is if shenanigans are involved. Which with Mendes as an agent they very well could be
Was the buy option 10m? Which he didn’t justify but they might have paid had they gone up. But I’m not sure we need him to be a 10m attacker? How many of those realistically are there in the division? Especially for ones who aren’t likely to be first choice
That was from LW. So over the season those stats are quite impressive. Then there’s also the fact he scored half a dozen goals in half a season in the Prem. I don’t particularly hope he becomes a starter for us, but saying he is League Two standard is just daft.
