surely if Fraser has been released it doesn’t need to be done by 11?
The rule has always been that if a player is a free agent when a transfer window ends they can sign for another club outside the window. I'm pretty sure that's how we signed Artur Boruc.
Only if they're a free agent before the window closed, I think.
So Fraser would have to terminate his contract by 11pm for us to sign him after the deadline (next week, potentially)
You're forgetting that's just today. Some departures may follow in the days to come.
