Still far too early to write Sulemana off IMO. Still think he could come good.
Your blind faith in him is admirable, I will give you that.

I'd cut our losses. If he wasn't good enough for the championship last season (playing for the fourth best team no less) then he's not going to be good enough next season in the prem (playing for one of the worst teams).
If we can get a decent fee (18mill+) for him I'd probably sell, but I certainly wouldn't sell him cheaply.I'd cut our losses. …….would love to get a similar signing up front this window please. If we can get a decent fee (18mill+) for him I'd probably sell, but I certainly wouldn't sell him cheaply.
I remember this and the dodgy long lens grainy pictures…….would love to get a similar signing up front this window please.

Well 99%.100%?
Come on man that's just your confirmation bias. There's no way a bloke who was in charge for less than a third of our games is entirely responsible for the poor season.
After the high of Wembley, I'm so meh and indifferent about next season already.
Well 99%.
We were a bit wonky after Ralph and Jones totally broke us. Selles wasn’t much better, but it was Jones that broke us.
The 3 best teams go up, don't they?Finished 4th didn't we?
It's a strange thing with Sulemana, he's got undoubted pace that frightens defenders and he's got something about him that we all think could change a game? Unfortunately when he does make the effort he seems to run around around like a headless chichen with zero eye for goal. With the big deficiencies in his game for all to see. it's hard to see him making it in any league? The way Sulemana plays I wouldn't be surprised if he actually has a slightly better time of it in the Prem. We'll be going up against higher-line defences and defenders won't bother doubling up on him like they did in the Champ. That said, I still think he needs to be given a chance through the middle rather than stuck out on the wing.
I seem to remember he was third on our list behind Nicolas Jackson and Jeremy Doku.

We’ve decided to be a bit excited about next season now as it’s less likely once we start actually playingAfter the high of Wembley, I'm so meh and indifferent about next season already.

For me, the best teams find a balance between good organisation and creative play and that requires the management team to coach well and allow some freedom of expression and players to make good decisionsI think he just needs a free role, he chose not to take defenders on regularly this season when he used to just run at players all the time.
I used to think this was Martin telling him not to do it, but then you see Edozie still doing it so doesn’t make sense for Sulemana not to. I think he is being told to play within a system and basically he has no idea how to and that confusion is taking away his best attribute.
Slightly different as we were the 4th best team in the Championship, but I remember reading an article about a winger who played for Wigan when they were in the PL and Ireland. Basically he said that the higher the level you played it was way more structured and strict on how you play, which for him took away all the stuff that actually got him there in the first place. He was a tricky winger who basically was told not to take his man on in case he lost the ball and was then out of position. Especially at someone like Wigan who were a small team in the PL. Caused him to hate football as all the stuff he liked about it was taken away and he retired pretty young and became an alcoholic or gambling addict or something, can’t remember his name.
Not saying Sulemana is exactly like that, but the second half of the season he hs played a very different way than we have seen previously
That pass from Rickie still gives me shivers, absolute perfection!I remember this and the dodgy long lens grainy pictures…….would love to get a similar signing up front this window please.
