We did a running session the other day, similar to a beep test but round a track. Each lap you had to increase the speed until last man standing.
****ing Milner won it. What a professional he is, incredible really.
Obviously loads missing due to WC but still plenty of youth around.
We used to do Fartlek training which was staggered interval sprints, there were marines and US navy seals literally sprinting past me after half an hour as if they had just started, I ended up spewing most of the time.
Kasper will be off as Ward has said his main reason for going is to play first team football. I think a GK merrygoround is about to happen.
