Not really tbh, its not exactly a secret you lot don’t develop talent. Doesn’t even look like RLC will get a chance now with the Jorginho signing.
Courtois is even debatable, seeing as he had two years at Atleti before actually playing for you.

Hard to tell. You can only go off previous circumstances and you lot have barely had many young success stories.
I’d take RLC at Spurs any day. Still raw but got bags of talent. Think he’s got a big future if given the right guidance. Don’t know enough on Chalobah to judge.
